Two years in the military in Israel helped build Sanita Suhovarov’s self-confidence and self-reliance so well that she decided to come to Canada on her own in 2012. “I felt there were more opportunities and possibilities here,” she said.
Attracted by the field of finance, Sanita found the Business Administration program at NAIT. Her first accounting course there was so much fun, she knew she had found her niche. “I loved the number-crunching and the problem-solving. Plus I was really good at it!”
With both her strong goal orientation and her focus on details, Sanita feels the work at Preferred Client Services really suits her personality and skill set. She’s impressed with the organized structure of the firm and the friendly staff who are ready to provide help.
“I learn something new every day,” said Sanita. She is looking forward to learning how client companies work. Solving mysteries and finding creative ways for complicated files provides her with a great deal of satisfaction.
To relax, Sanita has two passions: she creates jewelry using gemstones and she paints – portraits are her specialty. She and her husband love to hike. As they get more settled here, they plan to start traveling around Alberta and Canada.
