Always with a thought-provoking tone, Poirier highlighted the importance of working for yourself before working for others by putting value and commitment into your 'hour of power.' Furthermore, keep in mind that encouraging your team is as important as taking care of your motivation. Another important thought was that the outcome you get is the result of how you respond to the events in your life: Event + Response = Outcome.
