Team Bios

Before his recent move to Canada, Artur Khomych was cruising the world as the Purser Crew Accountant onboard a ship. When asked why he chose to come to Canada, he said, “Canada is not only beautiful, but it’s very safe here. Since my wife and I both speak English, it makes our transition easier.”

Artur earned his Masters degree in Economics from the State University of Economics and Transport Technologies in Ukraine in 2013. He credits his love of numbers and his parents teaching him about money for opening the path to an accounting career.

Balancing to zero makes Artur particularly happy. “I learned at a young age that there’s a freedom that comes with not only getting a job done, but getting it done correctly.” Never one to give up, he is very results focused. Having worked with 42 different nationalities on the cruise line, Artur is enjoying the diversity of the PCS team and the opportunity to work with a variety of clients.

“I’m very happy with my job here at PCS. When I have a question, there’s always someone with an answer.”
