BNI Charity Poker/ Silent Auction Night

BNI Charity Poker/ Silent Auction Night

Thank you to all whom attended and participated in the 1st Annual BNI Premiere Charity Poker/ Silent Auction night on September 22, 2015 at the Yellowhead Casino!

With 70 donated items to the Silent Auction and the 72 participants at the Poker Tournament, the event was able to raise over $12,500.00. The money raised will be going to two great local charities, Easter Seals Alberta & BNI Foundation Canada.

A big THANKS goes out to the Preferred Client Services Team that helped support this event. Their efforts were a huge part of making this event successful!

Some of the feedback from the Preferred Client Services Team:

“Enjoyable night, I was able to put a few faces to names of some of our Clients. I was very impressed with the auction items & the outcome.” Tara Carlson

“Highlight of my night is when Penny Woloszyn (rookie poker player) bluffed me (veteran poker player) out of my winning hand. After that, I decided I wasn’t playing hands against her anymore!” – Cindy Goss

“We had a great evening out mingling with clients and our team.  Disappointed by the Ellen Slots, but had fun in the shoe”. – Krista Johns

“Had a great time attending the Poker Night Silent Auction with some of the PCSGL girls - enjoyed the variety of hors d’oeuvres & bought a beautiful handmade quilt”. – Pat Oberg

“Last night’s Charity Poker/ Silent Auction night was very exciting for me. I met new people and it was interesting and new for me to participate in the silent auction. I regret not participating in the Poker Tournament. Next year I will play for sure”. – Olga Avagian

“Congratulations on BNI Premiere’s fantastic night of fun and games.  I’ve never played Texas Hold’em before and still ended up on the fourth table, in spite of myself.  Thanks to everyone at the table for helping me!  Lots of money raised for charity and it was a great time, good food and an awesome Silent Auction”. – Penny Woloszyn

We look forward to doing it again next year.
