Are you challenged by headaches with your accounting software?
Every program has it’s “hitches and glitches." But before you work on solving the issues your staff are complaining about, do a little analysis. Do you have a systems problem or a people problem?
If it’s a systems problem, then every staff member will experience failure when working with it. If it’s a people problem, then either the current person needs more training, or perhaps you need a different person in that role.
Investigate thoroughly before spending thousands on changing your software program. Analyze what you need your program and people to do and see if it is possible and efficient with your current system. If not, spend some time investigating programs that will improve this.
